Here are some rules and important information you need to know BEFORE booking a appointment!
* A NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK A APPOINTMENT, as deposit amounts vary based on the desired service. The deposit will go toward your service and can be sent via Cash app ($RMBeautyDen), Square, Paypal and Zelle.
* NO DEPOSIT = NO APPOINTMENT *
** NO CALL / NO SHOW CANCELLATIONS.... WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL REMAINING BALANCE OF THEIR SCHEDULED SERVICE (unless discussed with me)!** (IF THE CHARGE IS DECLINED YOU WILL BE BLOCKED FROM BOOKING AGAIN)
** SAME DAY RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATIONS....WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL REMAINING BALANCE OF THEIR SCHEDULED SERVICE ** (IF THE CHARGE IS DECLINED YOU WILL BE BLOCKED FROM BOOKING AGAIN)
* ALL 1st TIME PEDICURE APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED TO SEND PHOTOS OF ALL 10 TOES WITH IN 48 HOURS OF BOOKING. IF YOUR APPOINTMENT IS SCHEDULED WITHIN THIS 48 HOUR TIMEFRAME, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO SEND PHOTOS BY THE END OF DAY THE DAY YOU BOOK OR !! Failure to do so is a Automatic Forfeit of Deposit and you will be required to rebook with another deposit payment.
- Services may be REFUNDED, CANCELLED OR DENIED AT TECHS DISCRETION with reason.
- I DO NOT work over other techs Colored Acrylic, so please request a removal as part of your service. As I can NOT even guarantee their clear Acrylics durability either.
- ALL Appointments are required to confirm their appointments 12 hours before the scheduled time, to avoid cancellations.
- Please be on time and if running late please communicate it.
- If you are more than 10 minutes with NO COMMUNICATION your appointment will be Cancelled. If more than 10 minutes late with communication, a $15 Late Fee will be applied to your service. If you are then more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be CANCELLED. To reschedule you will need to resubmit a deposit to secure a future date and time.
- Please add the correct required and desired services with Add-Ons
- Only 1 Extra Guest & NO Children under 10 yrs old unless they are being serviced! NO EXCEPTIONS
- To best accommodate you I request that you please try to minimize the amount of time spent on the Phone while I service you for your NAIL appointment
- Please be mindful of Both of our time and Reschedule/Cancel at Least 12 Hours Prior to your appointment to avoid a charge please!
- If there is ANYTHING that you dislike please let me know as I am more than willing to make sure you are satisfied with my work and your end result.
